Videomicroscope
Live cells can be monitored using a videomicroscope to track the evolution of cell cultures over time according to different experimental parameters.
This high-performance equipment is one of the few available on the university campus. It complements our microbiological safety stations and other equipment for biological studies.

Incucyte S3 (Sartorius) with “scratch” & “angiogenesis” modules:
- resolution: from 0.62 to 2.82 µm/pixel
- excitation wavelengths: 441 to 481 nm and 567 to 607 nm
- emission wavelengths: 503 to 544 nm and 622 to 704 nm
- working range: 0° to 33°C – 5% to 90% RH
